We love to ship out our products to our valued customers. It’s just as exciting for us to ship these as it is for you to receive your special item in the mail! We are able to ship items out in a timely manner however we also rely on shipping companies to complete the delivery process. When there are delays that we are aware of we will communicate those with you. We appreciate every purchase from amazing customers like you. Activaz is committed to delivering our products in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours. Monday to Friday, we do not ship on federal holidays. We use USPS as the main shipping operator.
1. ACTIVAZ SHIPPING
Activaz makes domestic deliveries within U.S territory with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii at this time, and international deliveries, some countries are excluded from shipping. Once your place your order our system will show you which countries are excluded from shipping. Your shipping process may take 2 to 3 business days to process, once your payment is verified.
For security reasons, Activaz will not ship any order, or nor will it accept orders when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping times are subject to international shipping and logistics and will depend on the place and country of delivery and the shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout. Once you place your order, our system offers you various shipping prices depending on the speed you want your shipment.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the U.S territory as part of our promotions and special days, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska at the moment. Some items may not apply for free shipping. Check out once you place your order to see the estimated shipping time as it may take 3 to 7 business days for you to receive your order.
Please keep in mind, that some free shipping policies may change during holidays, launches, restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number for further assistance and information.
Activaz is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Activaz is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Activaz will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages or for wrong shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide the correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
9. CUSTOMS TAX
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods as we cannot provide this for you.
10. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Activaz makes the product available to the customer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered.”
11. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Activaz is not responsible for any damage caused to clothing or anything in its environment as a result of using our products. Activaz is not responsible for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products inappropriately.
