1. RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

No refunds or exchanges are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered. Courtesy returns are available within the U.S territory and international returns, as long as they conform with our returns policies. The items must be unused and returned in the same condition (unmarked, undamaged, and in the original packaging). If the item is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Activaz will not responsible for shipping any items deemed not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We would be happy to accept to exchange of Activaz product, unused! Excluding items for final sale and limited edition. In its original packaging within 30 days. Our complimentary exchanges are available within U.S territory and international exchanges.
We cannot exchange any item with different items, such as size, color, and price.
If the item is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not eligible for an exchange, Activaz will not responsible for shipping any product deemed ineligible for exchange back to the customer.
Refunds
We would be happy to accept to refund of Activaz product, unused! Excluding items for final sale and limited edition. Within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and returned in the same condition (unmarked, undamaged, and in the original packaging). Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE
- Shipping Costs for Return, Exchange, and Refund the shipping cost are non-refundable. Activaz is not responsible for the shipping costs for return and/or exchanged items to ship back the items to the customer.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to avoid any damage or manufacturing defect in our products, however, if that is the case and you need to return, exchange the item for the same or need to refund. 4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.
5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Activaz is not responsible for any damage caused to clothing or anything in its environment as a result of using our products. Activaz is not responsible for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products inappropriately.
